By accessing or using Laura Farms ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Investment Products
Laura Farms offers farmland investment packages across three tiers. All investments are subject to market and agricultural risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Certain packages may require accredited investor status.
4. Risk Disclosure
Farmland investing involves risk of loss, including drought, floods, pests, commodity price fluctuations, and operational events. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.
5. Term & Withdrawal
Withdrawals are made at the end of your investment — there is no fixed calendar date. Once your investment cycle is complete, your withdrawal window opens in the portal and the Laura Farms team confirms your request. Early withdrawal before the end of the cycle may not be available or may incur fees, as detailed in your individual investment agreement. Withdrawal terms are separate from these general terms of service.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business.
