2. Investment Products
Laura Farms offers farmland investment packages starting at $2,000. All investments are subject to market and agricultural risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Certain packages may require accredited investor status.
4. Risk Disclosure
Farmland investing involves risk of loss, including drought, floods, pests, commodity price fluctuations, and operational events. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.
5. Term & Withdrawal
Investment terms range from 12–36 months. Early withdrawal may not be available or may incur fees, as detailed in your individual investment agreement.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
